Harvest Pumpkin Dip

1 cup solid pack pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cool whip
Pecans chopped for topping

Combine pumpkin, sour cream, brown sugar and cinnamon; whisk.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Top with chopped pecans.  Serve in Chillzanne Mini Bowl.

Sweet Onion Salsa - Dan Degner

3 jalapeno peppers (seeds and membranes removed) – about 3 to 4 inches long
½ green bell pepper
4 medium tomatoes
½ of a large sweet onion – choose the flattest sweet onion possible as it will be sweeter
½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
**put these in a processor or chopper and chop well (salsa size)
½ tsp celery powder
1 tbsp white vinegar
juice of one large lime
3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cup mild store bought salsa (brand of your choice) or add medium or hot salsa if you want to have it hotter or add membranes of jalapeno peppers and Wow!
